Windows XP and OWA

Quick question for all those out there, has anyone ever had a problem
using OWA from an Windows XP Pro box? I have a couple of customers who
claim that OWA doesn't load for them, it just hangs after loading a
couple items with the obligatory loading.... prompt in the window. I
have XP Pro and can not replicate this error nor can I find anything
useful on TechNet (what a shock). If anyone has run across just such a
scenario please let me know your experience.
