Hi all,

I am running Win2k server with Exchange 2000 server. I
configured my smtp server to do not allow open relay without Basic
Authenticaion.

But the problem is I am seeing somany queues are waiting in my SMTP
queue.
I enumerated the messages and checked, they are pointing to me as a
delivery failures. And my badmail directory is filling up.

Can anybody tell me How outsiders are connecting and generating the
messages to be delivered or sending spam emails using my server. And
what are the default ports to be opend ? What are the steps to be
taken???

When I enter 'netstat' at the command prompt I am seeing somany ports
open!

Please help me! Thank you in advance!

Rao.
