I agree, try out GFI, simple to install also. Watch the settings though,
it almost blocks too much. We out grew it and went to AppRiver which my
users like because of the reports it does.

If you have a smaller environment, which it sounds like you do, I would
look at GFI Mail Security and Mail Essentials. Worked great for our
organization until we outgrew their solutions... We have researched
Mail Appliances and other services but have decided, and been using for
the past two years, Frontbridge (Microsoft Exchange Hosted Solutions).
I strongly recommend GFI for your current description below.

I am starting to look for a anti-spam product and was wondering what is
being used by the list members.
