OK I never looked in the badmail directory before (not not seem to need
to) and now I have and there are tons of messages (Windows Explorer
chokes and I have to use DOS to figure out that there are 61,200 files
there).

I obviously do not want to go through that directory and look at each
item. Can I just delete them all from DOS?

Also now that I have stopped the NDRs will it stop putting messages in
the BadMail directory?

I have also noticed that the Application event log now has Warning 756
instead of Warning 4000 messages (NDR vs unable to deliver) can the 756
messages be stopped?

It shouldn't be all. You need to check the senders of the messages that
caused those NDRs (BadMail folder). Also u can use MS KB 315631 and make
an easy way of doing it. Than if you have an SMTP gateway, AV filter for
MS exchange or any antispam solution, try to block those people (or
machines).
