That's a good question... I'm assuming it's the volume, since it has not had this effect until lately. Perhaps it's a particular virus that is causing it. How can I tell? I am using Norton Antivirus 7.5 Corporate Client on Exchange Server........ although Norton is able to quarantine the viruses successfully, it is still having an adverse effect on the mail services. My Exchange server has been in production for about a month. This problem has only started happening the last two days.
