Veritas errors on Echange system

 Hi Folks;

In backing up the system (W2003/Exchange 5.5) after a shutdown, I started
receiving the following errors.  Any ideas?  Something to be concerned
about? (obviously).  Any help would be appreciated.


        Access denied to file {USERNAME}. Top of Information Store.
Database or database element is corrupt
