RE: User not showing up in GAL in Outlook

Mike,
I suggest you remove all the exchange attributes for that user, and add
him back to the system again. When you remove all attributes, he will be
disconnected from the mailbox. However, when you add him back to the
system you can connect him to the same mailbox again. I think the
problem is only with this one object.

Still no luck, 2-3 hours later.  I also added a test user in the same
OU, and he showed up in the GAL right away (MickyMouse@).
