That offline copy is updated once every 24hours by Outlook. To force an update, you have to rebuild the offline address list in Exchange. (right click and select rebuild) Allow about 10 to 15 minutes then have the user force a download of the Offline Address Book in Outlook. Otherwise, tell your users that changes will appear in the GAL within 24 hours. Exchange and AD 2003 Native Mode All, We are having an issue when we add a user to AD the user doesn't show up within the same day in our GAL. We've narrowed this down to only users who we've setup their laptops with cache mode enabled. Is this by design? Or am I missing something when setting up cached enabled users? TIA, John B. __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Tired of spam? Yahoo!
