Hello Eric,
 
Go to Active Directory Users And Computers and select the user Eric.
After that go to Properties and select Exchange General.
There you should go to Delivery Options and check Forward To on
Forwarding Address (Modify Button)

that when For exemple: eric@xxxxxxx receive mails, exchange
automatically send a copy to jean@xxxxxxx, peter@xxxxxxxxxxx .
