Upgrading OS from NT 4.0 to Windows 2000 Server

Howdy All!
Did anyone have any issues when they upgraded their exchange 5.5 box from
windows NT to 2000? I am about to take the plunge to start the upgrade
process and any help would be greatly appreciated.
