Upgrade from ex2000 to ex2003...

Hi all,
We have an Exchange 2000 system running on Windows 2000 Advance Server
in a Windows 2003 Active Directory environment. I'm planning to do an
in-place upgrade from Exchange 2000 to Exchange 2003....do I need to run
the forestprep and domainprep commands again before I do the upgrade?
And are there any other things I should look out for. Any help is
greatly appreciated. Thanks.
