Upgrade Exchange 2000 Standard to Enterprise

We have approximately 75 users starting to push the 16 GB limit on the
Standard Edition and we are investigating making the transition to the
Enterprise Edition. Q170280 makes this sound fairly easy, but doing
something like this to our Exchange box makes me a little nervous. Has
anyone had experience with this? Anything to look out for?
