We are having relaying problems, when I test using the telnet utility,it
returns a "550 relaying prohibited message"
But if I use a non valid email address format-say fasffa.fasfasf.afasfa,
relaying is accepted what is the danger with that and how can I get rid of
that.
Paul.

MY Apologies.......
SMTP queue, on Win 2K svr with E2K
IT appears to be 5-6 queues that are stuck, other mail is getting out. I've
checked to see if the mail server at the other end is running and it is.
Thanks again...........
Ken

Hello all,
I am having a problem with a few queues not sending out to well known email
servers. In on case I have 5 messages stuck in the queue for over 2 hrs, and
they do not want to even connect when I force a connection. I have been
looking at my logs but haven't spotted anything that points to the problem.
Where should I be looking?
Thank you
Ken
