Undisclosed Recipient

Hi guys,
I'm using Ms Exchange 5.5 and Ms Outlook as a client.
Recently I received email from somebody and in To : column got my email address 
and "undisclosed recipient'
How can I set to be like that (undisclosed recipient) when I send to other 
people ?
