Unable to send attachments to external email accounts

I just added a second xchange 5.5 server to an existing site. Then I moved
only two user mailboxes. Everything seems to work except sending messages
outside of the office with attachments. If I send without and attachment,
it goes through. Send messages within the office works regardless of an
attachment. Any ideas please?
