Unable to relay mails

Hi All,
I am configuring my Outlook Express for POP3 access. I am able to recieve
mails but when i try to send i get the below mentioned error.
The error is "The message could not be sent because one of the recipients
was rejected by the server. The rejected e-mail address was
'abc@xxxxxxxxxxx'. Subject '', Account: 'xxx.xx.xxx.xxx', Server:
'xxx.xx.xxx.xxx', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '550 5.7.1 Unable to
relay for abc@xxxxxxxxxxx', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 550,
Error Number: 0x800CCC79"
can someone please help in resolving this issue.
