RE: Unable to connect to exchange server

Try to remove the computer from the domain and readd it again and then
reconfigure outlook and if it is not you can just trace route to your
exchange server and see if you can get to your exchange server from that
computer.

        Hi chris

        I tried all of that .I removed that account and tried to create
one but,when click on check name this error comes up.Also I can ping to
server by name..

        I don't really understand what the problem is ?
