URGENT HELP (REALLY APPRICIATE )

Q1. what is best way to give answer to this question if some one ask you
(tell me how exchange 2003 work . Mean to say if some one from
internet email you how exchange 2003 server handles email (like how
message flows and why action exchange server will take when the message is
inside the server to make it dilverable to right person recipent ))
Q2 using exchange server 2003 user can send email from inside but cant
recieve email from outside .
