He ! I have found that the problem comes from Backupexec Exchange agent.

I believe these files are the transaction log files for the exchange
database.  You may delete these files, but I would recommend using a backup
software that deletes these files for you.

Hi, 

I have E2K on win2k box. My problem is that I have .U01 files that takes lot
of place on my harddisk. I would like to know if it is  possible to delete
them ?
