Two Exchange 2000 server in the same domain and same Organization

Could anybody tell me how to Install and run two exchange 2000 in the same
forest same tree same domain and same forest, in order for to be able to
use the second server in case an emergency problem happend to the main
sever
Note.
I don't want to set any replication between the two servers or even
any type of connectivity between the two servers.
