RE: Treo device and Active Sync

Are they both Treo 650's?

Have the one that is failing try to use the information from the one
that is working, and see if that works...(and vice versus).

Hi everyone:
 
I have a user that has a Treo device that will not connect but another
user with one will.  I dont really have any experience with them but I
was wondering if any of you did?  They get a (0004) unable to connect to
server error.  I dont think it's Exchange because it works for one user.
We are using Exchange 2003 Sp1.  Any help is appreciated.
