aqadmcli.exe will do it. I got it from PSS on an Exchange cal, but a
google hit found this:

http://www.exchangeorg.net/

Look down the page to "cleam SMTP queues from a spam attack"

The syntax they provide will delete ALL messages from ALL queues. Here
is a sample to delete all messages from only ONE e-mail address:

setserver <server>
delmsg flags=sender,sender=user@xxxxxxxxxx

Subject: [exchangelist] Tools for empyting Exchange Queues

http://www.MSExchange.org/

Hello,

Are there any tools available that can be used to remove messages from
exchange queues? I simply want to delete all queued messages on a
front-end server. The Exchange Management GUI is inconvenient when you
want to do a wholesale deletion of messages.

Thanks

Bill
