Re: Telnet Issues


I Want test to see if my SMTP service is ready to receive incoming mail?
I Want verify that my Exchange server is accepting connections?

I go to RUN and typing telnet servername 25 after executing the telnet command it's cursor blinking with in few seconds it's Vanished.

What are you trying to telnet and from where are you executing the telnet command. pls explain.

  I have Exchange Server 2003 and today i have installed Exchange 2003 SP2
  after installed SP2 everything working fine.

  But if i go to Telnet i could not go also it didn't give any error.

  Need a Help.
