First, restore the backup to another server so you can merge the mail
together. was there something you were doing or had done to the system
change wise in the last few days? listing that they just lost email is kind
of open ended, would help if you could give a bit more detail.

Subject: [exchangelist] Strange problem

http://www.MSExchange.org/

I have an Exchange 2000 Server on a Windows 2000 Server domain controller.
Yesterday some strange things happened to my system: some users lost some
e-mails and some users lost all their e-mails.
Is there any suggestion ?
