Hello all, A friend of mine running Exchange 5.5 SP4, is having a problem with his store. I have run through article #172813 (XADM: Troubleshooting High CPU Utilization By Store.exe). We have tried stopping the store but 2 hours later no joy and found that stopping other services (IMC/MTA/Anti-Virus) also did not help. Our final test is to create a blank store and see if the problem persists, if it does Microsoft recommend ISINTEG -fix -pri and ISINTEG -fix -pub as prescribed in the document.
