You can block outgoing mails to this single recipient, and also supress
the
NDR messages, I recall using this feature on Exchange 2K once a  few
months
ago.

Couple of ways to do this then.  You could remove the mailbox altogether
which really solves the problem :)

You could also set the receive limit to 1KB on the mailbox which would
return a NDR about a limitation in the system to the originator of the
message.

I'm sure there's others, but that's two really easy ones...

Stopped or dropped?  

Stopped yes.  Dropped is a little different since you are accepting and
then
delivering to the ether (or null file for those *nix folks out there ;)
and
not returning any disposition to the sender.  Stopped would send an NDR.

recipient be dropped.
