Are you talking about setting this on the Access Control on the Access
tab of the SMTP Virtual Server, and removing the Anonymous Access, if so
this is NOT the solution.

If you want to stop all relaying attempts you could alter authentication
to only accept "windows authentication" this should stop any relay
attempts.

But it is still relaying emails
