I agree with you, and thats why RBL's are not always a good way of blocking
spam as many people get added to them for no reason other than one or two
people where unhappy about getting mail from you.

I would contact them and find out exactly why they blocked your domain.

So, let me get this right - one disgruntled recipient of mail can report us
one time and have us blacklisted? We are not spammers!
If you look at the link http://www.spamcop.net/w3m?action=blcheck
<http://www.spamcop.net/w3m?action=blcheck&ip=206.195.131.20>
&ip=206.195.131.20 our domain has been clean for almost 3 years. What
gives?

I do not understand how SpamCop 'verifies' that a domain is sending spam.

Chris

http://www.MSExchange.org/

Hello all,

Curious if anyone has any contact information for Spamcop.... It
appears they have us listed as a spammer. Yet, when I visit their web site
and enter our external IP for mail (206.195.131.20) it comes back clean. I
am confused on this and can not find any contact info on their web site.
Also, we are not listed on any other blacklists...

Any tips or help is much appreciated.

Thanks,
Chris
