I use postfix-amavisd and i have control over what i display in the headers.
However, whats the point of removing headers (unless its tacked on rubbish). I
cant put a number to the amount of times i have had to read headers to find
info.

How does someone block their IP within the Headers of an email?

Example:

X-SOURCE-IP: [(unknown)]
