Someone help me with Interscan VirusWall

We have a exchange 2000 server machine, we are running
interscan on a different machine. Now the problem is
Interscan is not delivering mail to the mailboxes but
you can see messages coming in, And also Interscan
VirusWall does deliver mail to the outside. Now what
could be the cause of this problem.
