Removing the tracking logs is no big deal, except you won¹t be able to use them to troubleshoot tracking (obviously). Transaction logs, on the other hand, would be a really bad thing to delete. As long as you¹re sure you¹re talking about tracking logs, no problem. I¹d be cautious though and want to be sure. Deleting your transaction logs will really make you cry. A full backup will delete them automatically. This of course points out the reason to keep your application data components on different partitions (at the least) from your system files.
