SimpleSync problem

My company is an affiliate of another. We have our own forest. Our parent
company connected to our exchange server and setup simplesync, in order
for all of their email addresses to show up in our GAL. It worked before,
on Windows 2000/Exchange 2000. This time, we are at Windows 2003/Exchange
2003. All of their addresses are showing up in their container in AD, but
we are not showing any of them in our GAL in Outlook.
Any thoughts?
