Have you added the domain names in Domains and Trust under UPN Suffixes?
Thanks

Subject: [exchangelist] OWA for most but not all users????

http://www.MSExchange.org/

Hello,
I have 1 - E2K server that servers our domain. We currently accept mail
on behalf of another company. Company1 has no problems at all with our
users in either Outlook or OWA. Company2 has no problem with Outlook but
only one of their users are able to use OWA. When the other users try to
connect to OWA, they are denied access.
The company2 users have tried using either:
1) mail.company1.net/exchange or
2) mail.company2.net/exchange.
In either case the user is denied access.
The users for company2 are set up with username@xxxxxxxxxxxx as email
and have both SMTP and X400

As company2 creates their own users in a separate OU from the domain
user's OU, I am wondering if they should be creating the users in the
users OU at the domain level instead of on the second level below?
Any suggestions are appreciated.
Thanks
Ken
