It depends on what version of Exchange the organizations are running.

If one is 5.5 and the other is 5.5 or 2000 then you can use the InterOrg
Sync tools.

If they are both 2000 you would need to either go with Microsoft
Metadirectory Services (MMS) or SimpleSync from www.cps-systems.com

I was wondering if there is a way to share companies smtp address list
with other organizations without having to export and import all the
information.  I know it is fairly easy if everyone is in the same org
but that is not the case here.  Please help...
