If you right-click the public folder and bring up properties, click the tab
that says Outlook Address Book and make sure the box is checked stating "Show
this folder as an e-email Address Book". This should allow it to show up as a
contact folder when sending email.

Subject: [exchangelist] Shared Contacts

http://www.MSExchange.org/

Hi All,

What is the standard practice on sharing contacts using Exchange/Outlook
2003?

I currently have a Contacts public folder created. This works fine,
except for the fact that I can't get the contact entries in the public
folder to show when I click on the Contacts button in Outlook.

Any thoughts on this?

Regards,
Mun Fai
