If you right-click the public folder and bring up properties, click the tab that says Outlook Address Book and make sure the box is checked stating "Show this folder as an e-email Address Book". This should allow it to show up as a contact folder when sending email. I currently have a Contacts public folder created. This works fine, except for the fact that I can't get the contact entries in the public folder to show when I click on the Contacts button in Outlook. Any thoughts on this?
