Go to the bookstore and get at least 1 MSExchange reference manual and 1 networking manual
Install it on 2 test machines – BEFORE going to a production environment

If you don't already know the answers to these questions, then you are almost CERTAINLY ready to break your Exchange environment by attempting to install it.
Clusters, when in knowledgeable hands, can improve reliability. In general though, all they do is reduce reliability.

Could some one please help me out in setting Two Node Exchange Server Setup in Active/Passive Mode
I've two HP Servers (node) with 72.8 GB HDD on each.
One Clsuter Box(HP) with 72.7*4 Hdd's.
Lindly also let me know number of private and public ip address needed for the and IP addresses for Cluster .I want detailed installation with step by step guide as i'm doing it for the first time.I would be very much obliged if anyone could help me out with this.I visited many sites including msexchange.org but was unable to find detailed installation procedure
