Setting up Exchange

Questions
1. In exchange 5.5 I had an exchange service account and an exchange
admin account. The admin account was different from the regular domain
admin account. When you setup E2K is it recommended to do the same and
what permissions go into them?
2. If I'm going to install exchange in my forest abc.com and its a single
forest, do i still need to run forestprep and domain prep?
