You want to do archiving? If you want there is an option in exchange to
archive all incoming/outgoing/internal mails to a public folder.
 
Go to the exchange system manager, expand all and right click the
mailbox information store.
Tick the check box "archive all messages ......." And choose a public
folder.

1. I have created a mail box called outengine with an internal e-mail
called outengine@................com. Now I want to set for all outgoing
messages a Default CC to outengine. Can anyone give me the procedure to
do this. or whether it is not possible at all.
 
2. I have also created a Mailbox enaled accout called inengine now I
want to set for all incomming messages a default CC to inengine mailbox.
Please can anyone let me know how to do this or is there any alternative
I can do about it.
