Server change

I have one Exchange 5.5 server (NetBIOS name MAIL1 ) in the DMZ (Domain1).
I install a new Exchange 2000 (NetBIOS name MAIL2) server in my internal
domain (Domain2)
All my clients have Microsoft Outlook 2000 and are using MAIL1.
I need to change all my user to the new Exchange 2000 server MAIL2
How can I change the Exchange server name MAIL1 to MAIL2 in all my
Microsoft Outlook 2000 client without go to each computer ???
Can I change the name off Exchange 2000 server computer MAIL2 to MAIL1 ?
