How about using FORMS in Exchange and Outlook? Design them and publish
on the Organizational Library on Exchange.

FORMS can be designed with good menus using VBS code.

Dear all

I really need your help , I have a project running and I need to update
the organization using nice popup menus through email and I have no idea
how to do this.

Any idea which would be the easiest way in windows or outlook?
