For first time Exchange configuration, you might want to check your Protocols configuration. That is, IMAP, POP3, SMTP and make sure that these default protocols are pointing to the correct IP address of your server. You can check on the Queues of your smtp protocol if the mail is being received by the server. regards, Arwin
