Yes to - so create a new user 'sales' then give 'mary' send on behalf of
to 'sales'

Yes to - You'll want to Add the sales@xxxxxxx under the Advance Tab in
Mary's profile.

Yes, she'll be able to send from Sales and users will reply to Sales.

OK, so create a new user 'sales' then give 'mary' send on behalf of to
'sales' and then put sales@xxxxxxx into 'mary's' user profile in AD?

Will 'Mary' then be able to send an email addressed 'From sales' and
have the user reply to 'sales'?

You can also create the sales@xxxxxxx account on the server and give
them Send On Behalf permissions to those users. Then just that
additional account to the users profile.

True, only one "Exchange" client account can be set up in
Outlook. However, you can add POP3 or IMAP accounts after the Exchange
account is setup.

I have a client using Small Business Server 2003 Std edition,
and utilizing exchange 2003 as their mail server. All workstations have
WinXP Pro and using Outlook 2K3. I have a few users that want to use
secondary email addresses within the company, ie sales@xxxxxxx able to
send and receive on that account from within Outlook. Exchange says that
only one mail account can be setup per user. What is the best way to
handle this? Thanks
