OK, so create a new user ‘sales’ then give ‘mary’ send on behalf of to ‘sales’ and then put HYPERLINK "mailto:sales@xxxxxxx"sales@xxxxxxx into ‘mary’s’ user profile in AD? Will ‘Mary’ then be able to send an email addressed ‘From sales’ and have the user reply to ‘sales’? Then just that additional account to the users profile. However, you can add POP3 or IMAP accounts after the Exchange account is setup. All workstations have WinXP Pro and using Outlook 2K3. I have a few users that want to use secondary email addresses within the company, ie sales@xxxxxxx able to send and receive on that account from within Outlook. Exchange says that only one mail account can be setup per user. What is the best way to handle this?
