Check the DNS setting for the mail server. Log on to the mailserver
locally and check the mx records of a domain you cannot send by
nslookup.  Also try to send a mail manually from telnet to the remote
mail server and check if it arrives.

server with only exchange that connect to the SMTP Server. But this
