Due to our business, we have to let them leave the organization. We choose
OOA for the reason below, it only sends it once.

We simply don't allow OoO replies to leave the organization.

For those of you who use your OoO Assistant, how do you deal with not sending
replies to mailing lists? Or do you just use a customized rule set to mimic
an OoO Reply? If you use the regular rules, do you have a way of dealing
with the fact that every time someone e-mails you, they'll get the reply, as
opposed to with the OoO Assistant which has some criteria to only send it
once?
