RE: Secure and Non-Secure POP3/IMAP4

I'm not sure why you need a second POP3 virtual server.  Under Exchange
2003, default virtual server, select the access tag and then the
Authentication button.  There is a check box for Requires SSL/TLS
encryption.  If this is checked you will not be able to connect without
SSL.  If this is not checked, you will be able to connect either using
SSL or without using SSL.
