Secure SMTP running on port 465 with exchange 2002

Hello,
Certain Email clients use port 465 as SMTPS. I understand that the
clients should be using port 25 with TLS but they don't. It seems that
at one point port 465 was the designated port for SMTPS, and even though
this is no longer the case, I still have some clients that are using it.
Is it possible to configure smtp to run on port 465 with SSL ?
