Hi All,

I might be off par.

I just picked a request from the USERs in MS Exchange environment ? they need to send an electronic document to a recipient.

Before doing that they need to assign the read only attributes and encrypt the document in question and make sure that it is indeed protected/secure. So that the recipient won?t modify.

I am busy testing this in the office, and emailed it to my private address?but I am able to make changes on the document and save.

How may I secure this document?
