Second exchange 2003 server in mixed 5.5. mode

Hey All,
We have just about finished exchange migration to 2003 from 5.5.
(We are moving the last of the mailboxes.) I
want to install a second 2003 server, as a backup, before blowing off 5.5.
Anything special I should know, not forget, be afraid (very afraid) of,
etc.
Its a single, uncomplicated domain enviroment.
