Subject: [exchangelist] Schedule incoming external mail

http://www.MSExchange.org/

I was wondering if there is a way to schedule incoming external mail to
certain times of the day. I'm aware I can schedule outgoing external mail
via the SMTP Connector (Delivery Options, etc...) but it's only the incoming
mail I'm looking to control. I don't want to stop the SMTP service because
it is required for internal mail.
